Dripping Springs were absolute lifesavers. They were referred to me by a neighbor based on their positive experience with Dripping Springs AC & Heating; so when my AC stopped cooling down my house in the dead of summer, I called Rick straight away. He showed up first thing in the morning as promised. They did their due diligence to properly root cause the ac failure and provided me with a quote within a couple hours. I had the quote vetted through a couple of friends who verified that it was a sound quote. Rick was back again the following morning with the needed parts and got to work immediately. They wore masks whenever they interfaced with me, even in our infamous Texas heat. Within 2-3 hours, the ac was back up and running. Rick stayed a few extra minutes to monitor the unit for good measure. I'm a single mom with a 6yr old daughter and unexpected expenses like this can be a nightmare so I am thankful for honest, hard-working people like Rick.
